Precise sheet metal forming, complex shapes and fine details for functional and aesthetic components.
Dedicated dies and equipment for domes, ribs and three-dimensional shapes on sheet metal, ready for assembly.
Sheet metal stamping turns a flat sheet into a three-dimensional component with mechanical and aesthetic function, ready to go into your products.
We produce domes, light drawing, ribs and complex profiles for housings, fairings, covers and machine parts.
In collaboration with specialist toolmakers we develop dedicated dies when required by the project, ensuring repeatability on large series.
Stamping is integrated with cutting, punching and bending phases to optimise time and cost.
Stamped parts then move on to welding and painting, to deliver finished components ready for assembly.
When is stamping better than simple bending?
Stamping is ideal when you need three-dimensional shapes, domes, drawing or repetitive ribs on medium to large batches. For simpler parts or prototypes, bending and welding may be enough.
Do you make the dies too?
We work with trusted toolmakers to produce dedicated dies, following customer specifications and integrating them into our production process.
