Holes, slots and complex details on sheet metal with CNC punch presses integrated into the production flow.
CNC punch presses for perforations, grilles, slots and light forming on flat sheet, combined with laser cutting and bending.
Sheet metal punching allows us to produce hole patterns, slots and repetitive profiles at high speed, ideal for perforated panels and lightweight components.
We produce holes, slots and repetitive profiles, reducing cycle times compared to other technologies, on steel, stainless and aluminium sheet.
With dedicated tools and interchangeable dies we achieve complex geometries, decorative grilles, ribs and small deformations that increase part stiffness.
Perforated panels, housings and casings, components for ventilation and lightweight structures for industrial and civil sectors.
Punching works in synergy with the laser cutting department and sheet metal bending, to deliver finished components ready for assembly and painting.
What is the difference between punching and laser cutting?
Punching uses mechanical tools to make holes and repetitive profiles at high speed, while laser cutting is more flexible for complex geometries. We often combine both technologies in the same project.
What thicknesses can you punch?
Thicknesses depend on material and tooling; in general we work thin to medium sheet in steel, stainless and aluminium. We can quickly assess feasibility based on the drawing.
