The process of receiving, analyzing and managing reports, including anonymous ones, is implemented by Muzzolon Industries with the aim of preventing and combating illegal behavior or behavior contrary to the principles of ethics and integrity.

Our approach complies with the recent regulations introduced by Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, no. 24, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019. This directive concerns the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and lays down provisions on the protection of those who report breaches of national rules (known as the “Whistleblowing Decree”).

The management of reports is a fundamental element of the Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 of Muzzolon Industries.
